Contempo Florida Vacation Homes provide quality, fully furnished homes, all within a 25 minute drive of Walt Disney World. Vacation homes are a great cost effective alternative to hotel rooms offering multiple bedrooms, at least 2 bathrooms making them great for families and groups, not to mention all the extra space! All are equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, cable TV, A/C, bed linen, towels and telephone. Pool homes have a screened swimming pool, while Town Homes & Condominiums have a shared community swimming pool, along with additional facilities too!Please note that once your reservation is confirmed, you should contact Contempo Florida Vacation Homes, at least 3 days prior to arrival, for directions to the check-in location, and for the lock-box number, for arrival after hours. E-mail Reception@Contempogroup.com or call 863-424-2226. At the check-in location, you will receive details and directions to your vacation home. Check-in is from 4pm onwards, check-out is at 10.00am.A $300 credit card security deposit is required upon arrival.Any stay less than 5 nights are subject to a departure cleaning; 2 Bedroom cleaning fee is $70 + tax,3 Bedroom cleaning fee is $75 + tax, 4 Bedroom cleaning fee is $85 + tax, 5 bedroom cleaning fee is $95 + tax. Cribs & high -chairs are available for rental at $6 per day + tax.*** Please note that when selecting the amount of rooms in the reservation portion, please only select the number of condos or homes, not the number of bedrooms, that may result in multiple condo or home reservations.***For reasons of privacy and comfort we recommend that homes do not accommodate more than 2 people per bedroom however, some homes feature a sleeper sofa, or rollaway beds can be rented locally.All homes are non smoking although smoking is permitted on patio areas (where applicable). Pets and other animals may not be accommodated at any time without the express prior written permission of Contempo Florida Vacation Homes. Where such permission is granted a non refundable pet fee of $300 per stay must become payable.All photos shown are examples of vacation homes, actual homes will vary in layout and furnishings, as all are privately owned.
